Embodied Inclusion 360™ is an innovative profile designed to help identify the conditions that influence how we learn, work, connect, participate, and thrive. We want you to help us build it.
Early participants will be invited to complete the profile, receive their EI 360 report, and provide feedback on their experience.

Too often, we ask:
Embodied Inclusion 360 asks a different question:
What conditions help this person flourish?
Because human functioning doesn't happen in isolation. Our ability to focus, learn, connect, communicate, contribute, and thrive is shaped by the interaction between who we are and the environments, relationships, experiences, and supports around us.
EI 360 is being developed to make those often-invisible influences easier to see.
The Embodied Inclusion 360 Profile explores five interconnected dimensions that can influence human functioning and flourishing.
What does your body and nervous system need to support energy, attention, capacity, and engagement?
What qualities of connection, communication, trust, and interpersonal support help you thrive?
How do sensory and physical environments affect your ability to participate and perform at your best?
How do you best receive, process, organize, and engage with information, expectations, and learning?
What sources of meaning, purpose, values, creativity, intuition, or connection to something larger help orient and sustain you?
Together, these dimensions create a richer picture of the conditions that support an individual's capacity to flourish.
EI 360 isn't designed to put you into a box. It's designed to help you better understand the conditions that help you get out of one.
The goal is not simply greater self-awareness. The goal is actionable insight that can help individuals and the people who support them create environments, relationships, and experiences in which they are more likely to thrive.
Before EI 360 is released publicly, we're inviting a select group of early participants to help us test and refine it.
Your feedback won't simply evaluate the tool. It will help shape it.

Who built this
Embodied Inclusion 360 was created by Dr. Niki Elliott, a researcher, educator, and clinician focused on neurodiversity, trauma-informed practice, and culturally responsive pedagogy. She is the creator of the Embodied Inclusion 360 Framework, a holistic model integrating neuroscience, lived experience, and equity-centered design.
Her work centers historically marginalized populations, including men of color, first-generation students, and veterans. The I C.A.N. (Increasing Career Access through Neurodiversity) initiative, built on the EI 360 Framework, transforms how community colleges and vocational schools serve neurodiverse students.
People thrive when we stop asking them to fit environments that were never designed with them in mind and start understanding the conditions they need to flourish.
If that idea resonates with you, we'd like you at the table. Join the early-access list to receive beta testing opportunities, development updates, and first access to Embodied Inclusion 360.
